Is my liver the bandit?

I am wondering if my liver is a bandit! Since I have been chelating for two

years, and not

taken any supplement for my liver, it may be tired? It may be the reason why I

do not tolerate some supplement.

But my detox test are ok, and my bloodtest ok. Can I have liver-problems anyway?

If I take milk thistle I get so tired, have no energy! Is this a sign, god or

bad? Is it better to take

smaller doses for a time, or...

Just trying to figure it out. :)

HI Livene

your liver has likely been decimated with poisons so it may literally

take a few years to recover is my understanding. The good news is your

liver regenerates as long as you are doing your best to only put in

good stuff (no alcohol, limit caffeine and processed foods and eat

organic if possible)

It would make sense that milk thistle as a liver support might be

initially irritating to an organ that has had no support and is very

toxic . Personally milk thistle never makes me feel better/worse

when i take it but I keep taking it as everyone/every medical article

(but more importantly AI-Andy) says to take it for liver support

From what i understand, no liver/blood tests will tell you really how

toxic your liver is other than a biopsy which is quite dangerous
