Guest guest
Curious if you tried T3 without going on 's regimen. For me the T3 on a consistent dosage is not affecting my low temps at all. After a couple of months of trial, my temps are still very low (between 94-96 degrees) I am concluding that my constant low temps are big piece of the puzzle in my feeling crappy, yet I'm left wondering why the protocol would be vastly different than just plain taking T3? You inspire me to at least try. Thanks! Joy > > I have been following temp syndrome protocol for last 5 weeks > and feel it has been a tremendous help. Guest guest
HI Joy no I never tried T3 alone...The www.wtsmed.com site is pretty informative. I am not sure if it specifically covers why you increase slowly. MY guess is that each of us have different deficiencies of T3 and its better to start low and go up slowly..just like the Cutler protocol I feel very strongly that this T3 has helped me along. I think it helped with clearing my head as well (less brain fog and anxiety) which can also be thyroid related. My temps are " cookin " again (fingers crossed for you) ALSO VERY IMPORTANT I belive is always refining what works best and some time ago found that a combination of herbs (which he produces) really helps with the T3 supplements You take one tablet of these (actually my Dr said take only half tablet 2 times a day) The tablets are from WTS MED so a dr familiar with his protocol should be able to order for you as well. Thier primary ingredient is iodine and seleniumethionine ( sorry I cannot make out the spelling) This is the selenium that Cutler recommends and others on here have said helps with either T3 or t4 conversion Good luck > > Curious if you tried T3 without going on 's regimen.
