I have been following temp syndrome protocol for last 5 weeks

and feel it has been a tremendous help. (see www.wtsmed.com)

Benefits I believe to be attricbuted to the T3 are better digestion;

more regular and larger bowel movements (which I attribute to more

toxins being removed) and a little more energy and optimism. The Dr

who suggested this says that your body's cells are like a furnace and

if they are not at the right temp, you are not hot enough to burn off

a lot of toxins and being at the right temp is critical for enzyme

amino acid and other absorbtion/conversion in the gut

I started T3 after about 5 months of chelation and maybe 7-8 months

of adrenal support...

The basic premise OF is that if your body temps are low (below

98.60); you should consider T3 supplementation. The protocol for temp

taking is take the 3 average temps (starting I believe 1 hour after

waking and then every 3 hours)...

The protocol consists of starting at 7.50 mcgs of T3 twice a day

(every 12 hours--have to be very precise per ) and I belive its

going up 7.50 mcgs every day until you capture your temp at the 98.60

average. Once you capture it, you maintain it for 10-14 days and then

start to decrease by 7.50 mcgs (I belive its every two days)

I ended up thinking I had captured my temp twice (Ie it plateaued for

a week at 37.50 mcgs) but then fell (I was going through a stressful

trip back home to canada),,, so I had to start back up (Increasing

7.50 mcgs every day until this last time, I seem to have captured it

at 67.50 mcgs and have now started back down (am at 52.50 mcgs)

You do this series I belive it is 3 times and this is supposed to

reset your thyroid

The guy () must be right as the medical profession actually

took away his license (extreme sarcasm here) and tried to put him in

jail..ie god forbid that anything that helps people be allowed to be

used...

NOTE: The crashing sounds more like adrenals though..ACE messed me up

pretty bad, In my case I think there is some sulfation or sulfate in

ACE that sets me off..maybe yu wnat to go back and start fresh with

adrenal treatment (ie start just with HC for a week and then add some

of the otehr adrenal treatments you have been doing)r

Kelp (which is supposed to be thryod support) did me in as well (this

was 5 months ago)

Good luck
