Hi Jen

For a sulphur - exclusion diet , we cut out sulphur preferably 100% for a

week and then sharply add them back. See how you are affected physically and

emotionally.

Here is a list of Sulphur foods (high and low) , supplements high in sulphur

to avoid and supplements that are safe to use as they actually support the

sulphur pathways

All my favourite foods and comfort foods are foods high in sulphur. Never

knew. It was hard to cut it out , even just the thought thereof.

I constantly was feeling so bad that I thought I must give it a try at

least. The rewards were huge. Now I stay away from them as much as possible

, because the price I pay for having them is too big.
