My only questions/concerns would be 1) have you used these dosages before so you know you can handle them?, and 2) have you done a round of 7 days long before?----- ----Jackie > > > I have goten some time off work and would like to make the most of it > by chelating as much as possible without being stupid. > > -----------This should be ok as long as you aren't increasing dosages and/or adding in ALA for the first time, or if you have never done a round this long before. And use your judgement and stop the round if side effects get too bad.--------Jackie > > > ------------------------------ I have done a 7 day round of just DMSA before at the measurement, i have never used ALA before so thats why i kind of wanted to keep it just at 3 days. Yes of course if the side effects get too much i would stop the round and take a break.

Yes of course if the side effects get too much i would stop the round and take a break. -------------------------------- Since you have never used ALA before, then my suggestion would be to start at a lower dose, like 12.5mg, instead of 25. Otherwise, your plan sounds fine, since you have already done 7 day rounds on DMSA only at the above dosage. And when you add the ALA, and if the side effects from it get too bad, you could drop just the ALA and continue the round with DMSA only. Good luck, and let us know how it goes!--------Jackie
