Guest guest
Kai- Thanks for your reply- intuitively I suspect something is going on with my liver because I have had discomfort under my right rib cage for quite some time - no one seems to know what it is. Anyway, I have been on Milk Thistle for a long time, but I appreciate the suggestion about the Taurine. I have battled nausea forever yuck! Appreciate any/all suggestions! > Joy , I always link nausea with my liver, or blocked bile ducts. > Are you taking Milk Thistle or something else to support your liver ? > Taurine is good for better bile flow (also good for anxiety, feeling spacy > and for distress) >> > > >
Guest guest
Joy, Also check out page 135 of AI for other suggestions for liver support. And on that same page, Andy lists ginger and glycine to help reduce nausea. And as Kai said, if you're not taking taurine, that could be a big one. So possibly your liver is getting distressed from chelation and/or needing something it's not getting. Since ALA chelates through the liver/bile, maybe you should take a chelation break, or maybe just drop the ALA for awhile and try some rounds of DMSA only, and see how you do? Just some suggestions. Always a guessing game, isn't it?
