Guest guest
HI! I have been on the SCD for 15 days, and now I react even more to supplements. I do tolerate the food ok. But I am a little bit dizzy and have brainfog. I cant take almost any supplements! Just a little bit beatine before the meals. How long time do you think it will take to heal the gut? I can also take just a litle bit taurin for my liver. Tried evit on skin, did not work, tried crom and cvitamin, my heart was racing!! I do now tolerate even less then before the diet. What to do? Just stay on the diet and wait? I do tolerate some god bacteria-supplements. my energy is now really low, feeling depressed and a lot of anxiety. thinking of doing the sulfur diet. What do you think? But if I eat more bread, rice and so on, I will feed the bad bacteria in the gut, right? livene > I think that the inability to tolerate supplements indicates liver > problems and also possibly leaky gut.
