Guest guest
One of my supplements has a little bit of methionine added to it. (depending on dosage that would be 5-20mg/day) It's not much but i am worried because Andy says methionine is one of the 'forbidden' things. I looked up the methionine content of various low sulphur foods and found they have much more than 20mg of methionine in them. I now wonder now if it safe to take the supplement. Does andy have a conservative estimate on how much mg of methionine per pound would be safe to supplement on a daily basis? Thanks
