--- OK, I have spent a long time trawling through the archives about

this and it's vlear that it's been covered many times! Apologies!

I gather that I should try Niacinamide or GSE to slow down the phase 1.

However, any comments on my particular pattern of results would be

very welcomed.(see below)In particular the off the scale glycination.

I'm still a little confused about the low sulfation and whether it

means I should eat a low sulphur diet or not.
