Yes I split the capsules but now I'm up to 50mg first thing in the

morning, so a whole capsule first thing.

where my test showed I need it most, though I was relatively low the

rest of the day too. Thanks for any info on that

I have no idea what we're supposed to do but what I've been doing is

taking it once a day, first thing in the morning. So far it seems to be

helping a little bit. (Now if I could get all these landlords off my

back and have a stress-free moment............... :-)
