interpreting urine porphyrins test

I just got the results of my urine porphyrins test back.

I got it from Metametrix and they had me freeze the sample before shipping it. I

don't have

any doubt it was done properly.

How do I interpret it? I've checked Moria's site and onibasu and this forum's

archives already.

How can I do this? What numbers do I look at?
