, this was an extremely helpful breakdown of how you go about figuring out

your supplements. You didn't write it specifically for me, but I know I'll

benefit from it.

Years ago, when I used to take a LOT of supps (easily swallowing a couple

dozen pills each meal), I spent several hours sorting out a month's worth of

everything out into little envelopes (florist note size) marked Breakfast,

Lunch, Dinner, Bedtime. Looking back, although I kept them in a large, sealed

container, the little envelopes may not have kept them as fresh as they

should've been.
