I believe has said that she gets very weak when her potassium goes low, so you could try that also. And is the dizziness like low BP? If so, that could be adrenal, and your adrenals like/need sodium. If you have any Alka Seltzer Gold, it has both potassium and sodium in it, so you could try that. Also sea salt in water is good for the adrenals and gives you sodium, and Lite Salt has potassium, so you can drink that in water. says if it tastes good, then you need it, if it doesn't, then you have enough. I think its definitely worthwhile to do some experimenting with electrolytes.--------Jackie I started calcium too and experiment with both, on different occasions, to see if I can figure out what suits me best. Usually people with high copper test more frequently, to see if it has come down. And hair tests are on sale this month at Direct Labs, so it's a good time to do it. Also, high hair calcium usually means your body is dumping it, and you are actually low and should be supplementing it, so you very likely do need to take calcium.--------Jackie Greetings, Simon ________________________________ > To: frequent-dose-chelation > From: mercury@... > Date: Sun, 20 Apr 2008 05:34:47 -0700 > Subject: Re: calcium-magnesium ratio > > > Simon - I've been wondering about the same thing. Guest guest
Thanks Jackie. I forgot to mention that my potassium was the lowest (totally red !), in my hair-analysis, 3 years ago. I did some supplementing with potassium. I am going on with experimenting. I can check my blood-pressure every time at home, and my homeopathic doctor is doing the same: every time my bp is okay. Can I order a hair analysis (at DD) myself or " must my doctor do it " ? I see him every month (next friday), and he will do it. Greetings, Simon
