The Forum will be held on October 21-23, 2010 at the ton Marriott Hotelin ton, South Carolina. The East Coast Migrant Stream Forum is a regional conference thatis dedicated to improving health outcomes and health care delivery to migrantand seasonal farmworkers and their families along the east coast. It wascreated for health care providers, outreach and front-line staff that areemployed by federally-funded Migrant and Community Health Centers. Sinceits inception, the conference has grown into a training venue for staff from avariety of health, social and legal agencies that serve and advocate forfarmworkers and has been duplicated along the West and Mid-West Streams. · ConferenceRegistration - You can choose to register online or download and submit acompleted form to us.
