Thanks Jackie.

I forgot to mention that my potassium was the lowest (totally red !),

in my hair-analysis, 3 years ago.

------------Mine was low red too on my first hair test. It's not in Andy's

hair test book, but told me that in her experience, that is

always a sign of adrenal fatigue/problems, and it was very fitting in my case.

Did/do you have adrenal problems, and have you done anything to treat them, or

have you ever had them tested? I'm just curious if this holds true for others

as well.------Jackie

I did some supplementing with potassium. I am going on with experimenting.

-----------Yes I recall different people saying they had to experiment with

different electrolytes, to figure out what they needed. has also said

that her needs have changed over time, so this should be kept in mind

also.---------Jackie

I can check my blood-pressure every time at home, and my

homeopathic doctor is doing the same: every time my bp is okay.

----------That's good. I just asked, because low BP is one sign of adrenal

problems.--------Jackie

Can I order a hair analysis (at DD) myself or " must my doctor do it " ?

I see him every month (next friday), and he will do it.

------------You can order a hair test by yourself through Direct Labs. It is

a Doctor's Data test, you just order it through Direct Labs. They are on sale

this month, and I posted about this earlier in the month. What I would do if I

were you, is compare the prices, and see who's cheaper.--------Jackie

Hi Jackie,

I haven't tested my adrenals, but:

3 years ago another homeopatic doctor

(because of ldn: he described it; and the hairtest) did

a bloodcheck: everything was allright, except

my dhea was much too low: he said my adrenals were exhausted.

He gave me dhea (5 months), the level got/went allright this way

(again a bloodtest) but I noticed totally nothing !?

By the way: 3 years ago I was much better than now (the last year).

A hairanalysis this time..... ?!

Greeting,

Simon
