This is weird how the right information just comes to you when you need it. Not

3 minutes ago I was reading a study about low lithium in mothers of children

with autism.

Is lithium a safe supplement to take when pregnant? (I really don't know much

about it other then they give it for biopolar disorder and in that case it can

be dangerous)..

- you've got 12 outside of the green zone, meaning 11 inside. That meets

the counting rules. You also have incredibly low mercury - that itself might be

enough to conclude that you are mercury toxic. Finally, you are accumulating

tin, which is often seen in Hg toxic situations.I think this is a slam dunk

-Unfortunately, you also appear to be copper toxic, since it's red high. You

will need to avoid high copper foods (nuts, I think are the worst offenders),

and take both zinc and molybdenum for a few months, which should help this come

down.Your lithium is also red low, so you might consider taking some lithium

orotate, which is an OTC nutritional supplement. (There is a second OTC form,

but I've forgotten the name.)Dave.
