Guest guest
Just popping back in tonight after being away awile again. I seem to do that - float away and float back in. I also suffer from bronchospasms. The WORSE is that instead of having brain-freeze in my brain, now I have it in my chest. I swear the first time I thought I was having a heart attack. I got a tip from a friend who worked for a dentist. Before I drink a really cold drink, like a watermelon slush or something yummy like that - I suck a little up into the straw and hold it on the tip of my tongue to numb it. And then most avoid the chest-freeze thing.
