Guest guest
No.... but I have been desperately trying to find them. They come from the same manufacurer that sell the sugar-free pickles that everyone was talking about the other day. I emailed Aurora Foods to see where in the Washington D.C. area they might be sold. I have heard great things about them. We have no Super Walmarts here. I have been wondering when there would be a company who would get on the Low-Carb frozen dinner bandwagon. Guest guest
Yes, I love them! They're not no-carb, but they aren't like the regular frozen meals that are mostly starch (rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.) and a little protein & veggies. I don't use frozen meals often, but when I do, these are great, and they're not that expensive. ---------------------------------------- Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.com http://www.5dollarhosting.com .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune! Guest guest
Does anyone know (can you go look?) if these frozen dinners contain SOY? Soy sauce and lecithin are OK, but hydrolyzed vegetable protein, soy flour, or any other unspecified vegetable protein are not OK for me because of severe allergies. Because so many frozen foods have soy protein, and because it's just me and my 3.5 year old daughter, I eat a fair bit of frozen food... and there's about 8 for me to choose from (no joke). Before I kill myself running around looking for these, would someone kindly check their freezer for the ingredients for me? Oh, if they have any other nuts or nut ingredients (peanuts, almonds, etc.) they are also off the list for me. *sigh* Food allergies are a PITA! Many thanks!
