Diarrhea - A sign to end the round?

I was hoping to extend my usual rounds from 3 days to 7, but diarrhea

has hit me after 4 and a half days. I think its the result of the round

and not something I ate. Is this a 'normal' problem? I am on 9mg of ALA.
