great

thanks

makes it a lot easier than typing a recipe

my preferences are the dairy kugels

some people prefer the sweet ones with fruit

my aunt used to make a salt and pepper one (when she was older)

there s an applesauce one that i like -- it includes crushed pineapple

some people add raisons to all of their kugels

some people serve them with sour cream on the side or cherry pie filling on top

lots of varieties

basics are eggs, noodles and whatever else suits your fancy

peggy

did you ever make a "Kugel"? it's a noodle pudding made with eggs and other stuff

my favorites are dairy Kugels made with cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, stuff like that

i use about 6 eggs per pound of noodles

there are many variations

it's one ofthe things that i make extra, cut up and freeze in individual servings

The big one was a double yolk.. I called that one an omelet.. I am really getting hungry for an egg custard pie or 2 or 3.. lol
