Guest guest
I've been benefiting from extra hormone supplementation. (40mgDHEA, 50mgPregnenolone, .05mgEstradiol, 200mgProgesterone, 6mgTestosterone- cream, 30mgLATsustained-release) It's clear I was low in most everything as I'm feeling much more grounded now. Until I get in to see (need hair test first), I'm relying on a good doctor I've used in Santa -- Gordon M.D. -- for scripts and tests. He offered me a urine test for hormones from Rhein Lab. The cost is $225. What do you think? I was concerned that, while my experiment with supplememntation is surely valuable, for the longer term, I'd like to have a measure... After a month's reprieve I've, just yesterday, started up chelation again. I'd done about 12 rounds and was crashing badly. My new regimen is 12.5mg DMPS every 8 hours (so I can continue those luxurious hours of sleep I've been enjoying.) So far so good. The Hydrocortison (HC) and Adrenal Cortex Extract (ACE) supplementation (20mg HC and 1000mgACE per day) has made me much stronger and I've experimented enough with it now to know what to look for and what to expect in terms of a physical response; This way I can better monitor how I'm doing with chelation. (I'm dealing with a lot of unavoidable time-consuming extra-stress issues so I'm not able to participate here on the board as much as I'd like.) I'm on a low-sulphur diet that's helped considerably, although small amounts of NAC in supplements don't seem to bother me. (Thanks for the support on that, Dave!) BTW I've searched and not seen a terribly comprehensive guide to low- sulphur foods, particularly vegetables. What one CAN eat. Anyone have one? Y'know, more foods than the celery-and-carrot thing I usually see? I'm making soup with bones only, no vegetables which is rather dismal but... well... I'd love to have greater selection. What do you low-sulphur people eat in a day? Thanks. ~robin
