i don't quite understand the last part of the test,where it says

" it is important to exclude sulfur for a week AFTER the introducing

sulfur foods " any help please. I seem to find everthing difficult to

understand at the moment.I presume i need to sort out any sulfer probs

before i can chelate? It also states that you must exclude sulfur supps

as well how do you know whats sulfer?
