Guest guest
Nausea was my very first symptom --had it for 25 years --- scarey !!! I have just gotten over the post traumatic stress of it all and it stopped maybe three years ago .. I wish I had documeted the things I found helpful for it, { for anyone just beginning do document for the sake of helping others later on } ..I tried the usual ginger, peppermint without any help. Ginger actually made me worse.. so I felt like I was stuck with it forever. Here are the ones I remember I found essential. Hydrochloric acid Keeping things digested helps keeps things moving down and so it does not build up and cause nausea. I could have sworn I had too much hydrochloric acid as I had stomach ache but no , a few HCL pills I still need with every meal. Milk thistle. Some of the minerals, magnesium , manganese, Lecithin helps me with gallbladder bile flow { alot of it -- a good teaspoon of the liquid lecithin before every meal... not only fat meals, any meal} Digestive enzymes with ox bile.. ONe of the first things I tried that helped was artichoke leaf extract {it did help }, but I do not think I would have found it as helpful had I already been on the above list of things which came after.
