There were periods of time when I was chelating continuously with low dose DMPS, kept chelating during illness (which is not a good idea in general, but was determined to be best at that time for me), and was taking antibiotics for the illness. I can't recall which antibiotic, probably a penicillin related one. I took Flagyl once as well, and I think I kept chelating through that too (I'll have to think about it a while to remember for sure). > The situation in my case is little bit more specific: Lyme Disease AND > antibiotics AND very low-dose chelation. > ****The type of antibiotic might make a difference. There is one antibiotic that does give people problems (not because it does anything to the mercury, there are other reasons that I can't recall), but I can't recall the name. Jackie was on it once. ****For the specific case of Lyme, it would be best to ask Andy (with the details of which antibiotic, dose, and duration of treatment plus basis for the lyme diagnosis). The group owner, , also has been collecting information about Lyme (I think he had it himself?), and some of the information can be found at www.lymebook.com **** J > Be well, > djur1 >
