TK--- This is not the protocol and a good way to hurt yourself

redistributing Hg. You should not go longer than 3hr for the night

doses if you extend the lenght between doses. If you go longer than

1 hr from the last dose you are supposed to stop the round.

This is comfortable and I'd like to keep it at this schedule

TK--- This is not protocol - if you wish to mess around this much

with timing and dosage I would ask that you discuss it on the other

forum as it is not protocol and will hurt people.

TK--- then do longer rounds correctly

Will I do any horrible harm to myself

TK--- if you are Hg toxic you can really harm yourself by not

following the protocol that is safe. Being in a hurry and doing

things incorrectly are some of the most common ways people hurt

themselves with the protocol

What I understood TK to be saying is if you need to dose 2 hourly

during the day, then you probably need to dose more often at night,

too.

Even if you don't *need* to dose 2 hourly during the day, and you're

just doing it for...fun?...or whatever, I would still not vary your

day and night intervals so much because your blood level may fluctuate

too much.

It might be somewhat individual, but I would watch for problems

if you choose to continue this. Although you may be comfortable

right now, it could change. JME.
