Guest guest
Beth, Wow! 3mph is awesome! I'm steady at 1.2mph. I intend to keep going, I do feel better the day of rehab. It's the following day when I feel so exhausted. It's much easier for me this time than it was 2 years ago. Sounds like we both have had enough of this battle with the scale. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I know how difficult the weightloss journey can be. However, you seem so motivated, I'm sure you'll do a great job. 34 FL IPF dx 1/06 > > > > > > Peggy, > > Yup rehab Monday thru Friday 12:30-4:30. Guest guest
This is all so positive! I can't wait to do my pulmo rehab. I'm still working so I'm going to take ask my doc to sign my 60-day disability application from work so I can take the January class (it's 3 days/week from (10a to 1230p). And Peggy I think I'll combine the class with some of your suggestions too.... dreamin and nappin. I'm exhausted! I haven't had time to de-stress or deal with some of my disease management issues or anything for myself. I've already missed 2 classes. The first time I was home sick coughing up some "aspirated crumbs," the second was just this past Thursday and frankly, I just fell asleep. I get tired just thinking about it! We're given plenty of time to rest between exercises and drink our water. I just get absolutely exhausted. Rehab Tuesday, sleep ALL day Wednesday and on and on. I keep giving myself those mental pep talks, telling myself I asked for the rx and it is meant to help me. God bless ya lady! Seeing your bootcamp like itenerary gives me a more positive outlook of my meager rehab schedule. Your strength and positivity is quite encouraging. 34 FL IPF dx 1/06 > > > Peggy, > Yup rehab Monday thru Friday 12:30-4:30. Don't think I'll be stupid > smacking anyone though dear.
