Guest guest
I can relate. I have a whole host of medical issues that can cause fatigue and when the humidity is up, it's even worse. I also like to stay busy and I have a hard time with the word "no" - so I always have more to do than I can get done. Grin! Fatigue is one of those symptoms that's hard to nail down, and really hard for others to really understand - it's not just being tired. If you had a broken leg, people could see that - but they can't see fatigue. I also struggle with feeling guilty when I'm fatigued. It doesn't help that my family is in total denial, or that my age peers - mid 30s - have no clue about being sick beyond getting the flu. Don't beat yourself up too much - although I know that's easy to say and harder to do. Hermansky-Pudlak Syndrome albinism 02 / PF 06 >> Hi Group,> I'd like to know if anyone feels like I do. I'm in PA which is experiencing high humidity. I have much to do but just don't feel like doing anything. What do folks do when feeling this way. I feel guilty because things have to get done but I just don't feel like doing anything.> I'd appreciate any suggestions.> AB>
