I have a mineral taste test kit and even though I take 400 mcg of selenium (the highest dose recommended in Cutler books), the drops still taste good, indicating I need more. Wish I knew how much was safe to take. Molybdenum (of which I take 3000 mcg) also tastes good. On the other hand, zinc (of which I take 150 mg at present, pre-ALA, and could take more per Cutler HTI p. 260), surprisingly, doesn't taste good.
