Guest guest
Hi Colette, Thank you for your report! I am so glad knowing about your progress! Could you please recall us what chelators you are using, dosing, timing and length of your rounds? > > Hi folks, > > I have just finished my 27th round. Guest guest
Hi - thank you for the reminder. We need to be putting that at the beginning of our posts. I did DMSA 6 mg for 6 weeks then added ALA 6 mg..went to 12.5 for both after about 15 rounds. Had to back off to 6 ALA and 12.5 DMSA at about round 20. Then I went up on round 25 to 12.5 DMSA and 12.5 mg ALA. My last 3 rounds have been 12.5 ALA and 12.5 DMSA. i do 3 days on both ALA and DMSA and then one extra day just DMSA. I am sticking here. I still get mild redistribution symptoms and I just don't want to push it. I hadn't meant to go again so quickly but here is what happened. I had two bottles of ALA - one 6mg and one 12.5 mg (so I could increase by half- that was the theory). One night I was taking my acidophilus and on a whim thought I would count my 6mg ALA tabs to make sure I had enough for a round. So I plunks my acidophilus down and then put my ALA on the counter. I was kinda in a brain fog and the caps for ALA and acidophilus are identical and I mean identical. I scoped them all up at once by mistake and now I am left with 40 ALA caps and 2 acidophilus caps in the same bottle. Since I can't tell which is which I don't know if I miss a dose...grrrr. At least I am only out 40 caps and not 300. my funny mercury story for the day!! Colette > > Hi Colette, > > Thank you for your report!
