Guest guest
Hi folks, I have just finished my 27th round. I would describe my journey from rounds 1-24 as being inchworm like. Progress, but slow. I needed to look back a couple of months to see improvement. The last two rounds I saw leaps in my improvement. It is hard to be specific but I will try. noticeable improvement in mood, energy, sense of wellbeing. I felt physically more grounded through my feet (sounds weird I know!!! but I don't know how else to describe it). This grounding may be less aggitation, swaying that would affect how I walked or how tense I felt. Less dizzy symptoms. Hardly any swaying and aggitation I can exercise and I want to exercise (yoga and small walks) Much, much more patience I don't have to have a nap everyday now (still like them, but don't NEED them.) The difference was noticeable to my family. It is so exciting that I can't wait for the next round to see how much better I might feel. It was very discouraging the first 10 months- I feel like I finally have hit a break through. Colette
