Guest guest Posted October 28, 2008 Report Share Posted October 28, 2008 Good news. My selenium supp is a combo with vitamin E. I will try and up the dose next time I am running low. The supps definitely work. My problem is going to be trying to figure out which ones are doing the work. I basically got almost ALL the supps Andy lists in his supp section. I was only taking 200mcg.. I have had other immediate affects from vitamins , so I know how important they are. I really must reread ,and reread AI to make sure I am taking enough of everything.
