--------Andy is against castor oil packs I think, but I can't

remember why?

I don't ever recall Andy saying castor oil packs are bad. He says not to do

liver flushes, so maybe that's what you're thinking of.

recommends castor oil packs, it's also good for the lymph system. Her and Andy

are usually on the same page, so I don't think she'd recommend them, if he

thought they were bad. I think a number of people that have seen her have done

them, and I don't recall anybody reporting any bad effects. I have done some,

and never noticed anything bad either.------------Jackie

I've had very good luck with castor oil packs, even though castor oil is

high in salicylates and I'm sensitive to that. I had ongoing liver pain (low

level) for several months, and castor oil packs relieved most of it (low

sulfur / low salicylate / low phenol diet did the rest).
