He says not to do liver flushes, so maybe that's what you're thinking of. recommends castor oil packs, it's also good for the lymph system. Her and Andy are usually on the same page, so I don't think she'd recommend them, if he thought they were bad. I think a number of people that have seen her have done them, and I don't recall anybody reporting any bad effects. Guest guest Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 I've had very good luck with castor oil packs, even though castor oil is high in salicylates and I'm sensitive to that. I had ongoing liver pain (low level) for several months, and castor oil packs relieved most of it (low sulfur / low salicylate / low phenol diet did the rest).
