I also have had low blood pressure, and what brought it up for me was

the combination of salt and cortisol.

Cortisol is only available by prescription. I wonder if DHEA and

pregnenolone would help (both available otc in the US). The doses

Andy gives in AI are 25-50 mg DHEA (for women, p 149), and 100 mg

Pregnenolone (for women, p 161).

Yes, for me BP can drop fast with stress, even shopping is stress

(happy stress is still stress), and running around is physical stress.

In the heat of the summer we need more salt too.

I'm looking into over-the-counter ISOcort, which might contain 2.5 mg

cortisol, but might not be open about it for legal reasons.
