Another possibility is that as your ALA dose increases, you are

providing more food for yeast and perhaps it has gotten out of control.

Hm, not sure what the 30's mean. My white count is in the single

digits and it is normal.

If your white count has been down, and especially if this is not usual

for you, then your body could be having trouble with " normal " exposure

to pathogens in your gut. I suggest (1) reduce or eliminate simple

sugars, at least for the duration of the illness, (2) take more

probiotics than usual, and (3) if 1 and 2 are not enough, then you may

need a course of some type of anti-pathogen agent.

I agree with 's idea of trying electrolytes, too. I don't have

experience with the high potassium problem, but certainly you are

losing electrolytes with the fluid loss you are experiencing, so some

type of electrolyte support will probably help you feel better.

Take your normal supplements if you are able. Vitamins A, C, and zinc

would be especially helpful for your immune system.
