Diflucan Update and a way to reduce die off

Hi Nanci, You probably aren't looking to use RXs to handle yeast,

but this was the first time I tried treating it and everything points

to a big systemic problem for me. 24 hours after taking 600mg

Diflucan, I am now taking the next dose at 300mg. I will continue

taking that everyday for at least two weeks. The results seem

dramatic. I feel like I am out of the brain fog, and have turned the

corner on this whole thing. My head is definitely clear today. I have

also been drinking huge amounts of water. The die off was mostly

psychiatric (maybe redistribution?), and I had a hard time getting to

sleep (I was up till 5AM). I have read conflicting reports on how

fast this drug can act. I was taking yeast-cleanse for two weeks

prior so I probably cleared a lot out of my gut ahead of the systemic

purge. The improvement could be coincidental to other supps kicking

in with the healing process, but I don't think so.

I was already taking Molybdenum 300mcg 3x day per Andy (along with a

lot of other things) and ran accross the following....
