Narice,

Please know that I continue to lift Phil up in my thoughts and prayers for

peaceful and pain free days.

I can not imagine how difficult this stage must be for you and the family. I

admire your strength and pray that God will

continue to guide you and the family thru the most devastating side of his

journey.

Subject: From weeks to DAYS

We rushed Phil to the hospital last night with heavy bleeding breathing problems

and lowblood pressure. They did a tranfusion 8 units total of both red and white

cells.

This is the last aggressive step we will take. Phil is experiencing both liver

and kidney failure and it is just a matter of time. The BLOOD has stablizedc him

but he has been asleepost 72 hours straight and is very very weak.

We are devastated and yet we know that something better waits for Phil on the

other sideof this dark journey.

Please pray that his parting is peaceful and for me and my family
