Please let me know what you think???? ----------This depends on the person. Some people are faster metabolizers, and feel better when they dose more often. So that's why some people dose every 3 hours. Some people do 3 hours around the clock, some people do 3 during the day, and 4 at night, to get a little more sleep, and some people do fine with 4 hours around the clock. So sorry to say, but it just takes some experimenting on your part to figure out what is best for you. If you are doing fine on every 4 hours, then you can probably stick with that. If you feel like the dose is wearing off before the 4 hours is up, then you might want to try every 3 hours. If you're not sure, it wouldn't hurt to try every 3 hours and see how you feel. It's always ok to take the chelator *more frequently*. It's when the time interval gets too long, that the blood levels fluctuate too much and can cause problems.--------Jackie Thanks in advance!!! >
