With DMSA the dose timing is usually 4 h during the day and night. It

is always ok to dose more frequently, so every 3 h during the day and

4 h at night is fine. Some people feel better when they dose more

frequently.

It is ALA that has to be every 3 h during the day. So, when ALA is

added both DMSA and ALA are taken at 3 h intervals during the day and

4 h at night.
