Margo > > Margo, some people chelate for 3 days on and 11 days off, so this might be an option for you to help stretch things out, but still chelate on a regular basis. And I agree with Jada, all the other supplements cost more than the chelators. But Andy's top four or bare minimum supplements are Vit C, E, zinc, and magnesium.
