Guest guest
Your Aluminum, Antimony are also high. As a stone mason did you ever breath cement dust while mixing? Antimony can cause many of your symptoms. It is my biggest toxin. I was told SAMe, TMG and methionine will help with Antimony and is not a conflict with amalgams still in place. DMSA & ALA are the main chelators, I believe. Comments anyone? Your hair test shows lead is a problem, but mercury isn't actually " ok " . The test doesn't meet the counting rules for mineral transport derangement, but that doesn't mean that you aren't mercury poisoned! The low mercury on the test makes it suspicious - people who are mercury poisoned often have less ability to excrete mercury and mercury shows up low on the hair test - just like on yours. Also, from your history, you certainly had enough exposure, and symptoms coming on after improper removal strongly point to mercury poisoning. > On the > basis of this what supplements should I take?. In general supplements are not decided upon depending on the hair test result. There are some exceptions to this. The supplements that you need to take are the basic ones that Andy recommends for chelating plus other supplements as indicated by *symptoms*, and the best place to match your symptoms to your supplements is to go through " Amalgam Illness " . I have been slowly > introducing the following supps from the basic supps list.Do I > continue on the cutler basic supp list and do I really need to take > all of them? Yes, continue on the basic supplements, work up to the doses Andy recommends, and you need to take all of the *basics* and then add others based on symptoms. > At the moment I am taking;- > > Vit C 6g divided into 4 doses (2,2,1,1,) > yes, perfect > Magnesium Citrate 500mg x 2 (1000mg) > good, you could divide to 4 doses and take the same time as the vit C > Vit E 300 i.u. x 3 (900i.u.) > good, this is oil soluble, so it is not necessary to divide doses > Zinc elemental 15mg x 3 (45mg) > could double this, 30 x 3 or 4 > B50 x 1 divided into 3 doses > Yes, or increase to 2 divided into 4 doses > Milk Thistle 400mg x 3 (1200mg) Good You are missing - a source of omega 3 = 2 T per day of cod liver oil, fish oil, or flax oil; vitamin A (can be excluded if you take cod liver oil); chromium picolinate with meals if you have blood sugar issues, and molybdenum is essential because it is needed for several enzymes. Beyond that look at " Amalgam Illness " starting on p 133 to see what specific supplements you need for your issues. > ------------ --------- --------- --------- --------- ------ > Aloe Vera 10000 mg (as 50mg extract)2 - 3 x a day * > Good > ProbioDaily (probiotic) 1 x daily * > You need much larger doses of probiotics. > Grapefruit seed extract * > This is not essential, and I'm not convinced from what I remember that you have said so far that Candida is an issue for you. If you are sure that you have yeast issues see Andy's " Neutrophils, DMSA and yeast " file in the files section for some supplements to include before using GSE J > The last three items are all for Candida * > > Thanks Dudley > > I am concerned about taking supplements that I don't need. >
