Guest guest
Hi, Today I started a new round of ALA: 12.5 mg of ALA every 3rd hour. I've been doing 25-100 mg of ALA on previous rounds, but have not decided that it's not worth the side effects (in my case, mostly issues with " chest tightness " ). I noticed today that I've had a slight " metallic " taste in my mouth all day (I took the first ALA dose this morning). I've probably had this taste on previous rounds also, just never bothered to think about it until now. Does anyone else here recognize this " symptom " ? It doesn't really bother me at all, I'm just interested in knowing what is the cause of it. I have had no amalgam fillings. However, I am the son of a dentis, and have probably been exposed to mercury both in the womb (my mother was a dentist assistant when she was pregnant with me, plus she had lots of amalgams back then) and when working as a cleaner at my fathers dental practice. Any comments/inputs appreciated. Regards, Finkle
