Jada. Small error there. You're thinking of 11 or less in the green zone.

It's 5 or less below 50% (or 5 or less above 50%).

Also, Li red low and Ca red high seems to be the common mercury signal

(mentioned by Andy in AI; I can look it up if you want). I am not aware of Li

red low being a signal on its own, are you?

First off, just with your history...I don't need to see the hair test.

You have mercury. You also have symptoms of adrenal fatigue

(sensitivity to light) and hypothyroid (being cold, fibroids, classic

signs). The immunity and chemical problems are related to mercury and

liver function.

Here's what I got on rules: You are close to meeting two rules, which

actually meets rule 5. (If any two rules come up one short or the

rules, mineral transport is deranged)

Instead of 11 or less below 50% you have 12

Instead of 4 or more reds, you have three.

The other clincher is you have NO hair lithium. This often happens in

the presence of mercury.

Oh sorry, yeah I 11 or less is what I meant...just did a round and fog

is a bit up right now.

I can't remember which book it was and don't have time to look now, it

might have been an old post of Andy too...not sure.

I am aware of Li being low on it's own to be a problem:

On A-M this is a marker that is looked for in hair tests, especially

ones that are not clear about rules. It was told to me and many others

(also recall reading it in one of Andy's book or maybe it was by post)

that no lithium is not normal. Mercury interferes with lithium and

causes low body levels, which also causes mood disturbances in people

with Hg. There should be some lithium there. There is non detectable.

This is considered on A-M to be related to a mercury toxicity. And an

indication to try some chelation when a test does not clearly meet

rules. And if that same person reports having mood disturbances we

recommend using supplemental lithium orotate or aspartate.

I remember right.

I have two hair test sitting over here with that phenomenon, and one

that doesn't meet rules, but it sooooo close.

more information than just what's in AI.
