I would not take antibiotics. If the CT showed nothing in your sinus, then you don't have an infection (at least bacterial). It was studied by Mayo (I think Mayo) and proven that most chronic sinus infections are actually fungal anyway, so anti-biotics won't help and will only make yeast problems worse. Trust me, I have been there and took anti-biotics and it only made some of my problems worse. I had a lot of phlegm in my throat in the past and went through all the different ENT tests. Nothing was ever found and I spent a lot of money on stupid doctors. This symptom has improved with chelation. I still have sinus and phlegm problems, but it is much more manageable and improving. -Ed
Guest guest
Thanks everyone. I am going to avoid the silver, as that is what Andy recommends too. And it it seems contradictory to me, to chelate all this metal out, then put more in. Fungal? On grapefruit seed now, maybe I will raise it up and see what happens. I am also leaning towards maybe some unknown food sensitivity? For the phlegm and cough anyway. Hmm....more detective work. Thanks! They didn't offer antibiotics because they'd rather charge me a ton of money to remove my tonsils. My regular doc passed me off to them. When i went in a few weeks earlier for the same problem, congestion, ear ache, etc...they felt it was viral or allergy related. So they gave me nothing for it. I'd have to say..the longest running virus in history! Ha! More chelation...maybe this mystery will be bound up in dmsa and just disappear! One can hope...thanks again everyone. > I would not take antibiotics. If the CT showed nothing in your sinus, > then you don't have an infection (at least bacterial). Allergy related could be tested by taking antihistamines everyday for a period of time. The inhalers with cortisol related contents would help to heal the bronchia too (can't remember the names of the various ones - NOT ventolin - ventolin opens the airways and gives temporary relief but doesn't heal). My kids usually got at least one inhaler after a serious virus to help to heal. So they > gave me nothing for it. I'd have to say..the longest running virus in > history! Guest guest
Jada for what its worth current ND (naturpathic dr) says that lung/bronchial problems in detox can be due to kidney toxicity He says in Chinese medicine Kidneys are sister organ of lungs ( I am trying to remember what all he said). I have been taking what is called chanca piedra (i believe it is) for kidney support from . I have only had the one bad lung/bronchial infection since taking it (a few months ago when I had green phlegm) Somehow the large intestine/bowels also seem to be related to the lungs in Chiness medicine I seem to remember. I know when I had bad parasites, there were many days I felt like I had emphysema... This dr also said my tonsils were bulbous and inflamed which he said can go along with detoxing. I have read that its better to keep tonsils in as they help us ward off infections or something, it might be helping as part of our first line of oral defense.. Good luck > > Thanks everyone.
