TK--- I strongly suggest you not eat cilantro - Cilantro has something in it that does chelate HG, the only problem is no one knows what it is in it that does or how to use it correctly so it can redistribute Hg just like ALA, dmps & dmsa can when used improperly. I'm growing cilantro in my garden & it's going to kill me if I can't eat it (and > possibly kill me if I DO eat it, I guess!!) Ergh!! TK--- It may cause great damage if you use it - on the other hand it will not hurt you if you don't. There are lots of sacrifices we all make to get well, some of us many more than others. Try not to make a big deal of it and just plant something else that is good for you and won't cause problems. Most of us know how you feel - I love cilantro also but even a small amount hurts me badly. >
