Hello

Im having problems with my memory and trying to get things sorted out

in my house.

i was wondering what would be low risk of metal contamination but also

safe on the (gluten and milk free) diet?

i like to eat fish, most veggies/fruits, too much sweet safe stuff,

filling meals (need them for work and college/high school).

Chicken/duck/turkey/steak i also have.
