Guest guest
Hi Dean- I guess not all cases of RLS would necessarily be from the same cause, but I and in particular my husband have both had this problem at times. For us taking white willow bark seems to do the trick, which leads me to believe it's probably inflammatory. In our case, it seems to be brought on by some sort of toxins, either digestive (too much or " wrong " foods) or directly from contaminated (by pesticides) food. Once many years ago my husband and I both ate some commercially grown grapes in the evening. Neither of us could sleep that night due to " raging " RSL (we've not eaten commercial grapes since). We didn't know about the " aspirin cure " back then (Advil works too and probably others). Thanks, Dean ------------------------- Hi Dean, I believe I have read/heard that at least some times restless legs are caused by a mineral deficiency, not always the same one, and sometimes it's iron, but could probably be magnesium, etc. too. I'm not sure if this still applies to the burning feet though. Jackie
