A few questions/comments:

A) may i ask how long you have been chelating'

B) how long in particular with ALA

C) what dosage are you at with ALA now and how much did you have you

cut it

D) you say dmsa/dmps improves your motivation, thats interesting as I

was thinking it was some reverse breakthrough with ALA. That is i

feel better after a round BUT have had to cut my dosage in half..and

since my head is clearer i was thinking some brain mercury had been

chelated with ALA, which cleared my head...

Although maybe I have dug up enough heavy metals and should be solely

on DMPS for a while to clear the metals out. Like i had indictaed i

took my 3 day break off ALA but stayewd on DMPS and felt better these

dyas, so i will try this again on my off-ALA-round

E)its funny but yes i have a similiar sort of Bone Tired fatigue

which i attribute to a body/tissue/organ/etc regenerative stage. This

is a little different from the wired and tired fatigue I have had for

the past 4-5 years..I feel like I could sleep for a month

But definitely better on the brain; head (ie anxiety and depression)

and cognitive ability are improving but physical energy is still very

low..still need my adrenal support

Its encouraging though to have your brain back, to paraphrase Dan

25mg. I did a few rounds with higher dosages but that was stupid.

Same experience here. Would like to sleep the whole day or at least

lie in bed but brain function is definitely better. The fatigue gets

better when taking a longer break.

This is interesting. When i first got sick many years ago the first

thing i felt was a paralysing fatigue that would come and go. A while

after that the psychiatric stuff began. After a year or so when the

psychiatric symptoms had become really intense i didn't feel much

fatigue anymore.

Well, i don't have all of my brain back but many things are a lot

better now.
