A few weeks ago I crashed and got my gallbladder problems and

kidney /bladder under control . This week I have gotten my

liver symptoms under control.I am now working on my stomach,

I have started some new supplements with success and am going

back to some old time tested ones.. I had been taking so

much I had let some slip and it is nice to be back more on

track.

I have been thinking about my stomach this week. And have

gone back to sauerkraut with every meal .. It makes a great

difference. No backed up feeling, weakness and tiredness just

after eating. I have always taken HCL and a complete

digestive enzyme by NOW but stopped the sauerkraut when

the summer vegis came around to fill up on..I have also

decreased the amount of apple cider viuegar , which also helps my

stomach < But I do think the sauerkraut and vinegar act in a

different way.. Really having to experiment again and maybe I

will never know. I do know I will stay on both of these for a

long time yet..

Sauerkraut acts similarly to acidophilus in another health

problem called candida. It replaces the good buggies in our

stomachs. It may also do so for the digestive parts below the

stomach.. not sure ..

The sauerkraut must be the type that is not processed by

heat, It must be one that is found in the cooler of say a

health food store, or an Italian eatery, It would be called

unpasteurized , live etc on the label.. Not many types are

unpasteurised so it may mean some hunting if you think it is

worth a try..

I take at least a couple of tablespoons with each meal and

will drind the liquid it is in as it also has the good buggies

for those times it just seems to unpleasant to get down..

You can always make it yourself.. which I did do when I was

desperate and could not find it easily.. Now I am feeling

like I am back in civilization.--LOL-- It sure is nice

nowadays to have the availability of organic food,

supplements and sauerkraut in my local community.. Nice that at

least this is changing .
