Guest guest Posted September 24, 2008 Report Share Posted September 24, 2008 Carie, i did not read all of your post on diet etc but there seems to be a lot of sugar/bread going into your husband and this is not good for liver and will aggravate any potential yeast problems which many of us with mercury have i know how hard it is to cut this stuff out, as i have had to do..but now i live on cashew butter, quinoa, celery and chicken and occasionally popcorn and i think this has helped put less toxins in body I buy 3-4 organic half chicken breasts and cut them in half and bake these twice a week and also cook up a batch of quinoa with some chicken broth for taste 2-3 times a week i snack on cashew butter with celery through the day eat 1-2 pieces of fruit a day (stay with low sugar ones) ie not bananas michael Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
