For me, I'm fine with (willing to take, I mean) separate vitC and cod liver oil, and actually a separate mineral supp too, because my HCP was concerned I was extra-depleted with pregnancy and nursing. When I first saw the manganese, I was interested because I'd seen mention of manganese being low with low thyroid function (back before mercury entered my thought processes). So that struck me, too, but in a positive way. I saw Andy's warning on manganese but not the rationale--do you know?
